Steak'n Cheese Sandwich With Chimichurri Mayo

  1. Mix mayo, parsley and garlic.
  2. Spread mixture evenly on inside of both bread halves.
  3. Preheat grill to hot heat.
  4. Grill steak 3 min.
  5. on each side or until desired doneness.
  6. Cut steak into thin slices.
  7. Toast bread halves on grill, turning occasionally to avoid burning bread.
  8. Place bread on platter; top bottom half with steak strips.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Top with remaining bread half.
  11. Cut into 6 pieces.
