Sweet N Sour Meatballs

  1. Drain pineapple chunks and reserve juice.
  2. Sauce #1- in mixing bowl combine onion, mustard and garlic.
  3. mix well.
  4. Sauce #2- add ketchup, sugar, vinegar, water, whorchester sauce, pepper and 2tb of reserved pineapple juice in a saucepan and heat for 5 min.
  5. Arrange meatballs in a 13x9 inch pan.
  6. ( I use a store bought italian style meatball).
  7. Arrange pineapple chunks on top of meatballs.
  8. Pour sauce one on top and stir to incorporate.
  9. Pour sauce two over top of sauce one.
  10. bake in 350F oven for one hr.
  11. Take out and add remaining reserved pineapple juice and stir.
  12. Bake for another 30min.
  13. *TIP* you'll have leftover juice.
  14. I freeze it then next time I wanna cook it I add to crockpot with fresh bag of meatballs.
  15. So this recipe can be used twice.
