Tea at Three

  1. In a pint glass, muddle 4 blackberries with the lemon wedge.
  2. Add the sherry, Black Tea Gin, Simple Syrup and crushed ice and stir well.
  3. Pour into a chilled wineglass and garnish the drink with the remaining blackberry and the thyme and lavender sprigs.
