Beef'n Cheddar Salad
- cups Kraft Creamy Cucumber Dressing
- cup horseradish sauce
- cup parsley, chopped
- cups lettuce, shredded
- cups curly endive, torn
- cups romaine lettuce, torn
- cups red cabbage, shredded
- roast beef, thinly sliced or shaved
- tomatoes, cut into wedges
- Kraft Old Cheddar Cheese, cut into strips
- red onion, cut into rings
- Combine dressing, horseradish sauce and parsley; set aside.
- Combine greens and cabbage; toss lightly.
- PLACE greens mixture on platter.
- Top with roast beef, tomato, cheese and onion.
- Serve with dressing mixture on side or drizzle overtop.
