Tender Beef Steak with Inexpensive Meat

  1. You can use inexpensive meat.
  2. I used 2 slices of shoulder loins that are 150 g per serving.
  3. Grate 1/16 pineapple (approximately 1 tablespoon).
  4. Marinate the meat in the grated pineapple for 1 hour.
  5. Season the meat with salt and coarsely ground pepper.
  6. Use Krazy Salt to improve the taste.
  7. Heat the frying pan, then add the olive oil and grated garlic and cook until fragrant.
  8. Saute the meat and 2 slices of pineapple.
  9. Adjust the cooking time to your liking.
  10. My family prefers medium-rare steaks.
  11. You're all done!
  12. Serve with sliced pineapples and wasabi.
  13. Here, I also made some mushroom salad.
  14. Here's the garlic I used to simplify things a bit.
  15. The key to this recipe is to use tons of garlic.
