Easy Brownies
- 34 cup all-purpose flour
- 13 cup cocoa powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Whisk or mix in butter, water, eggs and vanilla.
- Add nuts, if using.
- You can bake them in muffin tins, just line the tins with paper muffin liners, no need to grease.
- Makes about 12 small muffin-size brownies.
- Bake at 325F for 25 minutes.
