Blackberry And Grand Marnier Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 c. Graham Cracker crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
- 10 ounce Frzn Blackberries, thawed
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 1 pkt Unflavored gelatin
- 8 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier Liqueur
- 1 c. Whipping cream, whipped

- Combine crumbs, sugar and butter and press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake at 350F for 10 min.
- Cold.
- 2.
- Drain Blackberries, reserving juice.
- Combine juice, water and gelatin in saucepan and let stand for 5 min.
- Cook and stir over low heat till gelatin dissolves.
- Remove and cold for 10 min.

- Beat cream cheese and sugar on medium speed till blended.
- Add in Blackberries, Grand Marnier, and gelatin mixutre.
- Beat on low speed till blended.
- Refrigeratein bowl till partially set.
- Gently fold whipped cream into mix and spoon into springform pan.
- Refrigerate6-14 hrs.
- 4.
- Run knife around edge of pan to loosen.
- Remove sides.
- Top with fresh Blackberries and additional whipped cream if you like.
- Makes 10 servings.
