Fog Cutter

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the white rum, gin, brandy, orange and lemon juices and orgeat and shake well.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and float the Amontillado sherry on top.
  4. Garnish with the mint sprig.
