Butterscotch Lunchbox Cake
- 2 cups milk
- 1 (3 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 1 (10 -11 ounce) packahe butterscotch chips
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
- in a large saucepan, combine milk and pudding mix.
- bring to a boil, over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- remove from the heat.
- stir in the cake mix.
- ( batter will be lumpy).
- pour into a greased 13 inch x 9 inch x 2 inch baking pan.
- sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts.
- bake at 350 degrees, for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- cool cake on a wire rack.
