Holiday Time Shrimp Platter
- 1- 1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 whole Limes, Zest And Juice, Divided
- 1 teaspoon Parsley
- 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 pounds Frozen Large Shrimp, Thawed, Deveined, Pre-cooked
- 1 cup Sour Cream (optional)
- 1/4 cups Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (Optional)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. You will need two 9 x 12 nonstick baking sheet pans, or liberally use cooking spray to coat sheet pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, add panko, smoked paprika, black pepper, lime zest, parsley, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Mix well with a fork.
- Add all shrimp and coat well.
- Place coated shrimp in a single layer on the two sheet pans.
- I can usually do one batch but if necessary, make it in two batches.
- Bake 68 minutes.
- They will be golden brown and smell wonderful!.
- Remove from oven and place on serving platter.
- For the dipping sauce (optional), in a small bowl, add sour cream, lime juice, and coconut flakes.
- Stir, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Delicious and easy!
