Sweet and Sour Cocktail Dogs

• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 23 cup apple juice
• 23 cup red wine vinegar
• 14 cup frozen pineapple concentrate
• 14 cup chopped pimiento
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 12 teaspoon garlic powder
• 12 teaspoon ground ginger
• 2 -3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 lb turkey hot dogs

1. Combine cornstarch and applesauce in small saucepan.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients, except hot dogs.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring until bubbly.
4. Add hot dogs and simmer until warm, 2-3 minutes.
