California Wraps
- 4 large spinach-flavoured tortillas
- 1/2 cup Renee's Southwest Ranch Dressing
- 2 cups tightly packed mixed baby salad greens
- 2 cups cooked long-grain white rice, cooled
- 1 cup thin deli Black Forest ham strips
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- Spread tortillas with dressing; top with salad greens.
- Combine remaining ingredients; spoon onto tortillas.
- Fold in both sides of each tortilla, then roll up starting at bottom edge.
- Cut in half.
