Lemon pepper fish fillets
- 1 bag of fish fillets
- 1 lemon pepper
- 1 salt & pepper
- 1 meat tenderizer
- 1 half cup of lemon juice
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a baking pan coat the bottom of pan with all ingredients except lemon juice.
- Add fillets to pan once your done coating repeat steps above.
- Add lemon juice put foil over pan to cover.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
- Turn oven off let it chill serve and enjoy.
- I had baked beans and and steamed veggies as my sides.
