Best Ever Coleslaw Recipe

  1. Remove the outer leaves and core of the cabbage; chop the cabbage into large chunks.
  2. Place several chunks in a food processor fitted with the steel blade.
  3. (Don't overfill the processor.)
  4. Chop fine, using on/off turns; transfer to a large bowl.
  5. Repeat with the remaining cabbage; don't wash the bowl of the food processor.
  6. Add in the remaining ingredients to the food processor; process till well combined.
  7. Pour over the cabbage; cover and chill at least 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
