Tater Tot Casserole
- 1 lb ground beef (I like to use 80/20 or 90/10)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) can chicken noodle soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (1 lb) bag frozen tater tots
- 0.25 (1 lb) bagshredded cheddar cheese
- Saute onions and brown ground beef.
- While that is browning mix chicken noodle soup and cream of chicken soup in separate bowl.
- Once browned, cover bottom of 13x9 pan w/ ground beef and onion.
- Spread soup mixture over beef.
- Top with frozen tater tots.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over all.
- Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and tater tots are browned.
