Grilled Salmon
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 lemons, cut into thin slices
- 14 cup fresh herb, chopped
- 1 lb wild salmon fillet
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Heat a grill to medium.
- On a piece of aluminum foil, spread half of sliced onion, lemons and herbs about the length of the salmon.
- Lay salmon on top.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with remaining onion, lemons and herbs.
- Cover with a second piece of aluminum foil and crimp sides together.
- Place on grill and check after about 10 minutes.
- It's done when salmon is pink in the middle and can be flaked with a fork.
- Be sure not to overcook.
