Double Vegetable Burgers for 2

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients except buns; shape in 2 patties about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes on first side.
  3. Turn; broil 4 minutes more or to desired doneness.
  4. Serve in hot toasted buns.
  5. Nice with slices of tomato and cucumber along with regular condiments.
