Rocky Road Cones

• 1 liter chocolate ice cream
• 250 g mini marshmallows
• 1 cup unsalted peanuts
• 100 g Mars bars
• 8 ice cream, cones

1. Soften ice cream on bench for 15 minutes.
2. Chop Mars Bars up into little bits.
3. Transfer ice cream to a big bowl, beat till slushy.
4. Mix in mini marshmallows, peanuts and Mars Bar bits.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and re freeze till firm - about one hour.
6. Scoop into cones.
