Slow Cooker Mexican Carnitas
- 1 pound pork lean, boneless, cut in small cubes
- 1 each green beans french style, frozen 10 oz package, partially thawed
- 2 tablespoons onions minced
- 2 tablespoons pimentos chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- Place green beans in crockpot.
- Top with onion, pimiento, seasoned salt and pepper; add cubed pork.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7 to 9 hours.
- Serves 3 to 4.
- Doube recipe for 5 quart crockpot.
