Sweet & Crunchy Chicken Salad (Low-fat!)
- 25 ounces, weight Cooked Chicken Breasts, Shredded
- 36 ounces, weight Low-fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 2 whole Granny Smith Apples, Chopped
- 1- 1/2 cup Toasted Pecans, Chopped
- 1/2 Small Red Onion, Chopped
- 1- 1/2 cup Craisins
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- Combine all ingredients to taste.
