Slow-Cooker BBQ Pork Sandwiches with Coleslaw

  1. Rub meat with combined seasonings.
  2. Place in slow cooker; top with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce.
  3. Cover with lid.
  4. Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 4 to 5 hours).
  5. Meanwhile, combine coleslaw blend and dressing.
  6. Remove meat from slow cooker; cut off and discard excess fat.
  7. Chop meat into small pieces or shred with fork.
  8. Return to slow cooker with remaining sauce; stir to coat with sauce.
  9. Fill buns with meat mixture and coleslaw just before serving.
