Skillet Creamy Pasta

  1. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet or saute pan.
  2. Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add in the chicken stock, milk and pasta.
  4. Bring to a boil, lid and reduce heat to medium-low (or so that everything is just at a simmer).
  5. Cook for about 15 - 18 minutes or until pasta is just cooked.
  6. Stir once or twice while pasta is cooking.
  7. Remove lid.
  8. Stir in the cream cheese until melted.
  9. Add in the grated cheese and stir.
  10. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
