Granny Ruth's Shepherd's Pie

  1. Brown ground beef in dutch over or deep frying pan, drain.
  2. Add onions and peppers, saute until tender crisp.
  3. Add Worcestershire, boullion, salt and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add carrots and broccoli, cover and cook until tender.
  6. Add drained corn.
  7. Put in casserole and cover with hot mashed potatoes.
  8. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
  9. Turn oven to broil and brown mashed potatoes about 5 minutes.
