Salisbury Steaks

  1. Saute mushrooms in butter.
  2. Remove mushrooms from pan and set aside.
  3. Mix together beef, egg, onion, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Form into 4 patties.
  5. Brown in same pan (add more fat if necessary).
  6. Add onion soup and water.
  7. Simmer 10 minute.
  8. Add mushrooms and heat through.
