Citrus Ambrosia Cake

  1. Beat together cake, margarine,eggs, and mandarin oranges on medium speed.
  2. Use three pans and bake at 350* for 25-30 until toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Let cool well.
  4. For the topping, Combine vanilla instant pudding, pineapple, and cool whip.
  5. Beat until well mixed.
  6. Frost each layer and refridgerate until set.
