Curry Chicken Delight Recipe

• 4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and halved
• 1/2 c. flour
• 4 slices bacon
• 1/4 c. honey
• 2 tbsp. mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
• Cooked rice

1. Coat chicken with flour.
2. Cook bacon till crisp; crumble (reserve drippings).
3. Brown chicken in bacon grease for approximately 10 min.
4. Transfer to 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
5. Bake, uncovered, 30 min.
6. Combine honey, mustard, salt, and curry.
7. Drizzle over chicken and bake 15 min more.
8. Top with crumbled bacon.
9. Serve with rice.
