Beef Oven Stew With Meatballs Recipe

• 1 x Beaten egg
• 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
• 2 tsp Instant chopped onion
• 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp Chili pwdr
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 8 ounce Grnd beef, (up to 10)
• 2 sm Potatoes, peeled/quartered
• 2 sm Carrots, sliced
• 1 sm Onion, quartered
• 8 ounce tomatoes">Tomatoes Or possibly stewed tomatoes">tomatoes, or possibly more
• 1 x Beef bouillon cube
• 3 Tbsp. Water

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine egg, cornstarch, instant chopped onion, dry mustard, chili pwdr and salt.
2. Add in grnd beef and mix well.
3. Shape into 6-8 balls.
4. Brown in Microwave on High for 6-7 min.
5. Placei n 1 1/2 qt casserole.
6. Add in potatoes, carrots and onion.
7. Mix together remaining ingredients and heat in Microwave.
8. Pour over meat and vegetables.
9. Cover and bake at 350 till vegetables are tender, aobut 1 hour and 15 min.
