Ambrosia Cake Recipe

  1. Dissolve gelatin in warm water.
  2. Cold a few min.
  3. Add in gelatin to cake mix with all remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix about 2 min on medium speed.
  5. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 1/2 inch pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
  7. FROSTING:Combine, pineapple with powdered sugar.
  8. Mix well and spread on warm cake.
  9. Sprinkle coconut over pineapple.
  10. Decorate top with five mandarin orange sections in a circle with a maraschino cherry in the center.
