Roasted Yellow Squash Tossed with Chiles and Garlic

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees .
  2. In a large bowl, toss the squash, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast until browned and tender, about 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and serve.
