Fudgy Cheesecake Swirl Brownies
- 34 cup butter or 34 cup margarine
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate squares, broken into pieces (2 oz each)
- 2 14 cups granulated sugar, divided
- 4 large eggs, divided
- 1 34 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Melt butter and baking squares in medium, heavy-duty saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth.
- Cool to room temperture.
- Stir in 1 3/4 cups sugar.
- Beat in 3 eggs; stir in flour.
- Spread into greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar in small mixer bowl.
- Beat in remaining egg, and vanilla.
- Pour over chocolate mixture; deeply swirl with knife.
- Bake in preheated 350F oven for 30-35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out slightly sticky.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
