Rouge Potato Salad with Grilled Asparagus
- 2 qt. red new potatoes, boiled, quartered
- 2 cups fresh green asparagus spears, grilled, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Rouge Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup plum tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- Lightly toss ingredients until combined.
