Corny Cornbread
- 16 oz Frozen Sweet Corn (thawed)
- 5 tbsp Butter (salted)
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 1/2 cup Yellow Corn Meal
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Tobasco Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a food processor, puree corn with butter, eggs, and water until almost no kernels remain whole.
- Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly.
- Mixture will be slightly chunky, not completely smooth.
- Spray 9-inch round baking dish with cooking spray and pour in batter.
- Bake ate 375 for 50 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
