Corny Cornbread

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a food processor, puree corn with butter, eggs, and water until almost no kernels remain whole.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Mixture will be slightly chunky, not completely smooth.
  5. Spray 9-inch round baking dish with cooking spray and pour in batter.
  6. Bake ate 375 for 50 minutes.
  7. Let cool before serving.
