Jalapeno Chili

  1. Combine sausages and water in pan and brown - drain.
  2. Saute onions and garlic in oil and chuck and cook until lightly brown.
  3. Add sausages and peppers and chilis, cook until wilted.
  4. Add canned tomatoes, wine and paste.
  5. Add spices, cook 10 minutes.
  6. You may want to degrease at some point either before or after addition of spices.
  7. Add fresh tomatoes and cook 10 minutes.
