Pad see sahai or 4 friends stir fry
- 1 half colriflower brunch cut full mouth side, half zucchini slices, half of each red and yellow sweet peppers slices, 1 ts spoon chopped garlic, 1 tb spoon of oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 ts of sugar, 1 / 4 ts of black pepper, 1ts spoon
- Wash all the vegetables and put in deep bottom plate top with chopped garlic, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper and chicken stock powder on top of washed vegetables.
- In the deep bottom frying pan heat the oil till very hot and dump the vegetables that's been seasoning into the hot pan keep flipping the vegetables and in go the water.
- Do not stir just keep moving and flipping the vegetables in the pan 5 minutes move from heat.
- Pasta or rice good for serving.
