Rich and Delicious Kinpira with Ground Chicken
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Burdock root
- 200 grams Ground chicken
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 Sesame oil
- 1 Sesame seeds
- Cut the vegetables diagonally, and then into thin strips.
- Soak the burdock root in vinegar and water, to remove the scum.
- Mix the ingredients together.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, and cook the minced chicken.
- Once it has browned, add in the strained vegetables and saute.
- Once the oil has coated everything, add .
- After the water has mostly evaporated, sprinkle in the sesame seeds, and you're done!
