Nana's Cheese Soup
- 3 lb. red potatoes (about 9), peeled, chopped
- 4 cups water
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 4 cups chopped broccoli
- 3 Tbsp. chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3/4 lb. (12 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 6 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped
- Cook potatoes, water and evaporated milk in Dutch oven 10 min.
- or until potatoes are tender.
- Add 2% milk, broccoli and onions; cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until broccoli is tender, stirring frequently.
- Stir in VELVEETA and ham; cook on low heat 5 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and soup is heated through, stirring constantly.
