Pork Chop & Hash Browns Bake
- 6 pork chops
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 (10 ounce) can celery soup
- 12 cup milk
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 2 12 teaspoons salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 (24 ounce) package frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (2 7/8 ounce) can French-fried onions (rings)
- Brown chops in skillet and sprinkle with seasoned salt and set aside.
- Combine milk, soup, sour cream, pepper and salt.
- Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can of onion rings and the dried onion flakes.
- Spoon mixture into 9x13 baking dish.
- Arrange pork chops cover potato mixture.
- Bake covered with foil at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and top with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
