Baroness Seafood Casserole Recipe
- 2 c. seafood (partially cooked) cut bite size (crab, shrimp, lobster)
- 1 c. fine bread crumbs
- 1 c. light cream
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 x hard cooked Large eggs minced fine
- 1 Tbsp. finely-minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. finely-minced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Mix all ingredients gently in a large bowl.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator several hrs before serving.
- Place in a greased 2-qt casserole or possibly baking dish, and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min, till bubbly and browned.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
