Fiesta Taco Bake

• 1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 115 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup salsa
• 1 pkg. (125 g) taco shells (12 shells), coarsely crushed
• 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Brown meat in large skillet.
3. Add Velveeta and water; cook 3 to 5 min.
4. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Stir in salsa.
7. Spray 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
8. Place 1/3 of the crushed taco shells in prepared dish; top with half the meat mixture.
9. Repeat layers.
10. Top with remaining crushed taco shells; sprinkle with shredded cheese.
11. Bake 25 min.
12. or until heated through.
