Bread And Dip Recipe
- 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can water chestnuts, minced fine
- 1 pkg. frzn minced spinach (well liquid removed-squeezed)
- Mix together and put into 1 large, round (hollowed out) sour dough or possibly rye bread.
- Break scooped out bread into chunks and use this along with onion crackers for dipping.
