Cheesy Ham 'n Corn Chowder

  1. Melt butter in 3-quart saucepan until sizzling; stir in onion and green pepper.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes or until tender.
  3. Stir in flour until smooth and bubbly.
  4. Stir in chicken broth, potatoes, sage and pepper.
  5. Cover; continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Add all remaining ingredients.
  7. Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
