Chicken With Bacon and Co-Jack Cheese
- 8 boneless Skinless chicken breasts
- barbecue sauce, of your choice
- 8 slices bacon, cut in half
- 8 slices colby-monterey jack cheese or 8 slices monterey jack cheese
- Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
- Arrange chicken breasts in 9x13 baking dish.
- Put about 1 tbsp of barbeque sauce on each chicken breast.
- Put two pieces of bacon criss-cross on each chicken breast.
- Bake at 350 for 45-60 min depending on size of breasts.
- Add a cheese slice to each chicken breast 5 minutes before they are done, put back in oven till cheese is melted.
