Lime & Cilantro Edamame Bean Salad
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen edamame (in pods), cooked, cooled
- 1 can (16 oz.) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed
- 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
- 1/2 cup each chopped red and yellow peppers
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Whisk dressing, mustard and pepper until blended.
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.
