Lemon Cream Pie Milkshake

• 2 cups good quality vanilla ice cream
• 1 cup milk
• 2 Tbsp. JELL-O Lemon Flavor Instant Pudding
• 2 shortbread cookies, chopped
• 4 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

1. In a quart size mason jar or other large cup, mix together ice cream and milk until well combined.
2. Add pudding mix and chopped cookies, stir well.
3. Divide between 2 glasses and top with whipped topping.
4. Serve immediately.
