Turkey Noodle Soup
- 1 quart chicken broth
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 medium onion - peeled- chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 cup chopped leftover Turkey
- 1 1/2 cup noodles ( i used wide ones)uncooked
- 1 salt , pepper to taste
- Bring broth & water to a boil.Add veggies, turkey.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Add noodles, parsley.
- Simmer another 10 minutes or until noodles are done.. when done enjoy.....
