Easy Mocha Almond Pie
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 cup PLANTERS Slivered Almonds, toasted
- 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Microwave first 3 ingredients in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Stir in sugar and corn syrup.
- Whisk in eggs, sour cream and extract until blended.
- Pour into crust; sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake 45 min.
- or until knife inserted 1 inch from center comes out clean.
- Cool completely on wire rack.
