Easy Cheese Potatoes Recipe

  1. Cook potatoes with skins on till just hard.
  2. Chill overnight.
  3. Remove skins from potatoes; shred on large holes on grater.
  4. Place in 3 qt buttered casserole.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan.
  6. Heat just till cheese melts.
  7. Stir till smooth.
  8. Don't boil.
  9. Pour over potatoes.
  10. Don't stir.
  11. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 20 min or possibly till golden.
  12. Yield: 12 servings.
