Minute Chocolate Mug Cake
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 12 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup raspberries, cuisanart (optional)
- 18 cup sugar (optional)
- Add the dry ingredients together and mix well in a bowl.
- Next, add the egg and mix thouroughly.
- Pour in the milk, vanilla and oil.
- Stir.
- Pour the mixture into a large coffee mug.
- Drop the chocolate chips into the center of the mixture.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
- The cake will rise over the mug, but don't be alarmed.
- Allow it to cool a bit and tip it out onto a plate if you wish.
- Drizzle raspberry sauce over the top and enjoy.
