Minute Chocolate Mug Cake

  1. Add the dry ingredients together and mix well in a bowl.
  2. Next, add the egg and mix thouroughly.
  3. Pour in the milk, vanilla and oil.
  4. Stir.
  5. Pour the mixture into a large coffee mug.
  6. Drop the chocolate chips into the center of the mixture.
  7. Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
  8. The cake will rise over the mug, but don't be alarmed.
  9. Allow it to cool a bit and tip it out onto a plate if you wish.
  10. Drizzle raspberry sauce over the top and enjoy.
