Prosciutto and Avocado Salad

• 200g rocket leaves or mixed leaves
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 150g prosciutto, crisped under the grill
• handful of snow pea sprouts
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing

1. Arrange rocket leaves on a serving platter
2. Top with avocado, prosciutto and snow pea sprouts
3. Pour over dressing.
4. Serve immediately.
