Taco Burger
- 1 pound Ground Beef, Lean
- 1/4 cups Egg Substitute Or 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Salsa, Not Chunky
- 4 whole Wheat Muffins Or Hamburger Buns
- 4 Tablespoons Con Queso Cheese Or Nacho Cheese
- 4 Tablespoons Salsa, Your Favorite
- 12 whole Jalapeno Slices, Jarred, Pickled
- Preheat grill on medium heat.
- In a bowl, add ground beef, egg, taco seasoning and salsa.
- Mix together until combined.
- Divide the ground beef mixture into 4 equal pieces and form into a patty.
- Place on grill and cook until done, about 5 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, split your English muffins and place on the top part of the grill and cook until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.
- Place hamburger onto English muffin and top each burger with 1 tablespoon of cheese, 1 tablespoon of salsa and jalapenos.
- Serve immediately.
